I was getting ready for an open house and wanted to add a beautiful finishing touch to the space, so I ordered flowers from Prado Flowers and I’m so glad I did! The flowers were absolutely stunning. They were fresh, beautifully arranged, and honestly some of the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever received. They completely elevated the space and made the home feel even more welcoming and special. What impressed me just as much as the flowers was the amazing customer service from Peter & Gama. Everyone at Prado Flowers was so kind, helpful, and attentive, and they clearly take pride in what they do. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for gorgeous flowers and exceptional service, I highly recommend Prado Flowers. They truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future occasions! 💐✨

Prado Flowers is the BEST. Their gorgeous inventory, talented florists and customer service is above and beyond. Truly so grateful to have found this gem in SF and Peter is the most lovely human! We have become repeat clients and will continue to be!

Milo and Mya first greeted us in the window of this charming flower shop! We stopped in our tracks because of a phenom arrangement in the bay window. Blanca duplicated it and we now have this! Highly recommend the Peony Garden!

Absolutely Magical – Prado Flowers Exceeded Every Expectation! We cannot thank Jess and the team at Prado Flowers enough for making our wedding day so incredibly magical. If you are looking for a florist who genuinely cares about your vision and isn't just trying to take you for as much money as possible (which is sadly how we felt with several other florists we interviewed), look no further. From the start, Jess was an absolute dream to work with. He was super responsive and took the time to sit down with us in person, understand our hopes and needs, and physically walk us through the store to show us different arrangements and flower options. To make things even better, they went completely above and beyond by delivering our florals the morning of the wedding and setting them up free of charge, plus they lent us four gorgeous pillars for our ceremony entirely free of charge and handled the breakdown immediately after. We were originally considering DIYing our florals to save money, but after seeing Prado’s breathtaking work, I am so glad we didn't. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Prado Flower Shop. I visited in person and spoke with Jezz to clearly explain what I wanted for my wedding bouquet, then placed my order online based on that discussion and included all the details in the order notes. I specifically requested a bouquet matching the website photo, with pink and white instead of blue. What I received was completely different—wrong flowers, unexpected blue and purple tones, and overall poor quality. The flowers were not fresh and were not suitable for such an important occasion. I had to remove most of the wilted flowers and try to make it look a bit more fresh and presentable. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:30 AM. I called at 11:00 AM to let them know my friend would pick it up at 11:15, but Jezz couldn’t even find my order. After five minutes, he called me back asking which flowers were supposed to be in the bouquet, which clearly showed it had not even been prepared at that time. To make things even worse, it is shocking that even the bouquet my friend received from Prado Flower Shop that day was not what she had ordered either. It is very disappointing.
